Ingredients: 1/4 cup margarine, softened1 cup white sugar1 egg1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup all-purpose flour4 apples - peeled, cored and sliced Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a medium bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in the egg. Mix in the cinnamon, salt and flour; stir until smooth. Fold in the apples, then pour mixture into a 9 inch pie dish.Bake in the preheated oven for one hour. The pie will make its own crust.

Euless Police Chief Mike Brown said the suspect also died of multiple gunshot wounds in the shootout, which occurred around 3 p.m. at J.A. Carr Park.
